Led the design of critical daily banking flows for one of Azerbaijan’s most widely used digital products, serving 3M+ active users.
The work focused on reducing friction in repeat financial actions, improving visibility and control over payments, and designing scalable UX patterns that perform reliably under high user volume.
This project required balancing simplicity with regulatory and technical constraints while designing for real-world user behavior at national scale.
